Congratulations Dagan: $7000 sponsorship

BBM, formerly Big Brother Movement and a long time supporter of Participate, host the BBM Awards that enable hundreds of talented young Australians to visit Britain to gain further experience in their chosen pursuits. This year, Dagan Herceg, Class 2009, was awarded a $7000 scholarship from BBM to further his studies in film.


Mr. Pin Wins audience vote


The gruesome short film Mr. Pin, which features Aleksei Vanamois, Green Fire Envy - Class 2007, as a director of photography won the A Night of Horror film festival audience vote. Congratulations Aleksei and team!


Sebastian's blood is pumping in new fields

Sebastian, Class of 2007, has had much experience in editing since graduating from Participate. However, recently, he has tried his hand in a new field as an Apple developer. The recently available iPhone/Pod App (application) Diet4Blood, was design and created by Sebastian a reference tool for people on the blood type diet. It makes planning meals for multiple types a breeze and expedites your shopping and dining decisions.

Participate students attend Kodak film workshop

In May, Participate students were invited to spend a rare day training with Kodak’s highly experienced cinematographers. The student workshop acted as intense training using film cameras and gave students the chance to refine their skills in the art cinematography.
